Outlined below are the terms of service for US University Admissions. Carefully read through and ensure that you understand it in its entirety.

Application Service Process:

We do not guarantee admissions into U.S. universities or immigration into the United States. Our role is to facilitate the process and work diligently to secure admission on your behalf.

Not responding to a request for additional documents or information in a timely manner or submitting incorrect documents may delay or hinder your admissions process.

It is your responsibility to ensure timely and accurate responses to maintain the progress of your application.

 

Communication:

We will communicate with you primarily when there is a status change in your admissions process.

It is essential for you to actively monitor your email as the school may also contact you directly.

 

Processing Times:

We are not responsible for the processing times at universities and colleges.

Once your documents have been submitted, we will follow up to help accelerate the process, but the actual processing time is beyond our control.

 

Service Fee:

The fees remitted to Reliant Pathways encompass our service provision and encompass the university's application fee exclusively. Additional charges, including transcript evaluation and mandatory admission examinations, remain your responsibility, and are not covered by the payment you made to us. We will strive to secure admission for only one semester (either spring, summer or fall).

 

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances including denial of admission.

If you decide to discontinue the admissions process after we have initiated it, you forfeit the fee paid.

 

Accurate Information:

You are certifying that all documents and information you provide to us is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Reliant Pathways is not responsible for any consequences related to any false or incorrect documents you provide.
